Delete your account

Account deletion is permanent. You lose access to the account and to your saved work. Save anything you need first.

Before you start

• If your subscription still renews, cancel renewal first.
• While the plan is set to renew, Settings shows Cancel your subscription first instead of the delete button. Select Manage subscription, complete the cancellation, then come back to Settings.

Delete your account

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open your profile menu in the sidebar and select Settings, or open Settings.
3. Scroll to Danger zone and select Delete account.
4. Read the confirmation. In Confirm your email, type the account email shown in the dialog.
5. Select Delete account to confirm.

You can still select Keep account before you confirm. Once deletion starts, keep the tab open while Deleting... is shown. When it finishes, you are signed out and returned to the homepage.

What is removed

• Your login.
• Your character images.
• Your projects, universes, and visual styles. They cannot be restored.

Some account and billing records are kept for legal and recordkeeping reasons. See the Privacy Policy.

If deletion fails, or you still see a subscription warning after you canceled, contact support. Include your account email and the message shown.
