### What are credits and how do they work?

Credits are used to generate videos. The amount of credits consumed depends on the video length and type. Image videos use fewer credits than animated videos. Unused credits roll over to the next month.

### Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.

### Do you offer discounts?

Annual plans include a built-in 25% discount. You can also share your LongStories affiliate link (tutorials and universes count) and earn 30% of what we make from that user for 12 months.

### What happens if I run out of credits?

Active subscribers can purchase Credit Top-Ups whenever they need a boost. Current packages are 300 Credits for $5, 800 Credits for $12, 1,800 Credits for $25, 4,000 Credits for $50, 8,500 Credits for $100, 17,500 Credits for $200, 26,500 Credits for $300, 45,000 Credits for $500. Subscription credits are cheaper per credit, so we recommend upgrading if you regularly need more credits. Top-ups are for quick boosts without changing plans. Free plan: 1 video total and 200 free credits. After that, subscribe to keep creating and unlock top-ups from your Credits page.
